For over 50 years, Bob Conde has been involved in the RV industry. In 1973 he was the founder of MHS Supply in Elkhart, IN. He was the corporation president until 1995 when he sold the company. He then worked with his son, Jeff, at J & C Water Systems Inc., another company that also supplies parts to the RV industry which include, water faucets, water pumps, cable hatches, table legs, and many other products.

The RV industry has always been in Bob's "blood", so in 1996 he decided to get back into the RV salvage business and opened Factory RV Surplus in Elkhart, IN. In 2006 Bob and Jeff decided to merge Factory RV Surplus and J & C Water Systems together. Another building was purchased to house both companies and a retail store was opened.

A year has passed and the small family owned business is doing well. The store not only handles RV surplus, but we also stock a full line of new RV and Mobile Home supplies. Special orders are also available.

The time has come for Bob to hand the business over to Jeff. Bob has decided to enjoy some of the finer things in life, like playing golf and take some well deserved vacations with his wife Marilyn.
